Medicom RAH Mad Hatter- Preview

Greetings heroes/citizen. Following my last post, here is more pictures of another Johnny Depp action figure from the movie Alice In Wonderland- Mad Hatter. This 12″ RAH action figure will be released on 2nd quater of 2010, most likely after the movie is released. You can watch the trailer here if you haven’t watch it yet. The costume (for this action figure) made by Medicom is really impressive, looks like Medicom is catching up with their competitors. I think their headsculpt is also improving, I hope they can keep it up. We know they are the best when making Kamen Riders headsculpt, I hope they can make headsculpt as good as Hot Toys and Enterbay one day. Anyway, for fans of Johnny Depp don’t miss tha chance to get this in retail price, because you’ll regret if you don’t. Medicom figs are always selling high in auction or second hand market, that’s all and enjoy the pictures.

The character in the movie itself doesn’t look like Johnny, so the headsculpt is not that bad.
They probably should make the face with big grin and show the teeth.

I got the figure today, and actually the face mold does look like Johnny as he appears in the movie. The shape of his face and nose are very nearly spot on. Significantly better than any of the Jack Sparrows of a similar quality that were produced.

i love his movie Edwards Scissorhands, i think it is one of Johnny Depp’s best performance aside from Pirates of the Caribbean.”`
