RHSW 01 02 03 Kamen Rider Double- Review

Greetings heroes/citizen, after I spent most of my toys budget on Hot Toys, today I ‘ll review 3 “wallet friendly” action figures from Bandai. From the mind of Ishinimori comes the legendary Kamen Rider series (a.k.a Masked Rider), one of the most popular Japan Tokusatsu series aired on TV Asahi Japan. The series started with Kamen Rider 1 and the latest version is Kamen Rider Double (some says Kamen Rider W). Shotaro and Philip slide in their Gaia memories (a flashdrive) into their Double Driver and they combine to become Kamen Rider Double (Double after this). That explain why it have 2 sides of colors on each form, Cyclone|Joker (green|black), Luna|Trigger (gold|blue) and Heat|Metal (silver|red). A power hungry yet brilliant character from the popular video game by Capcom, Biohazard (Resident Evil). Albert Wesker first appeared as a supporting character for the first video game series and to cut a long story short, he is a one bad ass villain in the latest series Biohazard 5 (BH5). Hot Toys VGM: Sheva Alomar

Greetings heroes/citizen. It’s another 1/6 scale action figure review lol I just noticed I haven’t buy anything other than 12″ figures lately, so that’s where all my money went to .This action figure was released couple of weeks ago, but only this time I can play it. I’ve been waiting for this action figure for months and finally I got her, yes it’s a she I seldom buy female af actually,probably there’s not much that I like. Let see if this action figure is really worth the time I’ve waited for and why I bought her. This is Hot Toys Videogame Masterpiece Biohazard 5: (Resident Evil 5) Sheva Alomar. I got this from local retailer that’s why it’s BH instead of RE, the price for this action figure start from $130 to $170 depends on where it is selling. This is the second action figure from Hot Toys Biohazard 5 line, 3 more is still coming, Albert Wesker Midnight (it’s already out in HK) and RE4 version and Chris Redfield S.T.A.R’s version.

Medicom RAH Naked Snake: Cold War Version- Review

Greetings heroes/citizen. I’ve been dying to get myself a Medicom RAH Snake since I started collecting 12″ action figures. When Medicom released the first Naked Snake back in 2007 I was only collecting other figures and when I realized how great that action figure was, the price is already too expensive, some even went to more than RM1000. Thank god Medicom is revisiting this tittle and I can get myself a Naked Snake action figure. Other then this action figure which is Cold War Version, Medicom will also reproduce RAH Naked Snake Tiger Stripe Camouflage Version and Square Camouflage (Zombie face paint). I can’t wait for those action figures. That will be on March or April next year probably earlier,but today I will review Medicom RAH Naked Snake: Cold War Version. Read more

Hot Toys: Chris Redfield B.S.A.A Ver.- Review

Greetings heroes/citizen. Resident Evil (Biohazard) is one of the most popular video games by Capcom, and there are also some great action figures made by several manufacturers in various scales and types. Neca and Square Enix (Play Arts-Kai, not released yet) made quite a decent job in making the RE5 action figures although they are smaller in scale compared to the one I’m writing today. There are also trading figures made for this video game. The action figure I’ll review today is Hot Toys 12″ Biohazard 5: Chris Redfield B.S.A.A version. This is the first action figure made by Hot Toys for RE5 series. There will be Sheva and Albert Wesker followed by a variant of Chris Redfield and Albert Wesker(S.T.A.R.S version). Retail price for this action figure range from $139 to $150. This action figure was released last month, but different retails may have different release date, because I just got it on last Saturday. S.I.C Vol.50 Kamen Rider Kiva

Greetings heroes/citizen. Since Bandai announced that they are making a Kiva S.I.C instead of Kabuto. I was a bit disappointed, as they’ve skipped Kabuto for the Den-O series. Yep, Bandai is reaping as much profit as they can from that series (Den-O) probably because it is more popular there in Japan. Although I’m a bit disappointed with that, I’m glad that Bandai is making another S.I.C that is not from the Den-O series. I’m sick of all the Den-Os S.I.C lol. I just hope there wil be a Kabuto in the making, please Bandai. This S.I.C was released couples of weeks ago, I got it last Wednesday from HLJ. I’m paying it for early bird price, but retail for this action figure is around Yen 4500 depending on where you get it. I don’t suggest you get it from eBay, trust me the prices are crazy there. Medicom RAH Punisher.

Greetings heroes/citizen. lol it’s been too long since my last review. This time I’m writing review of Medicom Punisher RAH 12-inch Figure. I was waiting for Hot Toys to announce a Punisher figure from either Punisher:War Zone or the first movie, but the wait is just too long instead I picked up a Medicom RAH Punisher from Sideshow Collectibles. This action figure was released August last year. Retail for this ranging from $99.99 (Sideshow) to more then $150 (HLJ is selling it for $172). So why is this action figure is worth the money? Movie Masterpiece The Spirit

Greetings heroes/citizen. Just like I promised on my last review of  Hot Toys Octopus. To quote myself  “Octopus will not be lonely, I’ll definitely will get Spirit“.  So, presenting the mysterious hero in black The Spirit 12″ action figure by Hot Toys. Movie Masterpiece Octopus

Greetings heroes/citizen.”I’m the Octopus, I got eight of everything”. Yeah, that’s one of the memorable lines that always playing in my mind if I hold this action figure. While people are talking about how their Predator 1 series from Hot Toys are soooo great,me on the other hand was seeking for a less popular action figure. Not that I have problem with the Predator 1 or the fans, but that’s me. I always try to stay away from the popular items and wait for it too cool down a bit and if it still available on sale I’ll get it. If not then it’s okay, it’s not the end of the world. Read more

S.I.C. Vol.46: Kamen Rider 1 and Cyclone-Review

VOl 46: Kamen Rider 1 (maybe from the movie KR The First ,it is not officially stated on the box) and Cyclone after a very long time of not posting reviews.
