Icon Heroes Jackalman

Greetings heroes/citizen. I hope I’m not too late to show you this, painted prototype of the Icon Heroes’ Jackalman. I really love the “cartoony” simplicity of the sculpt, but at the same time there are details in certain parts. You know, minus the hairy sculpt detail on the entire body and hyper steroid muscle, like the one Pop Culture Shock Collectibles. Not that I hate or want to diminish what Pop Culture Shock Collectibles done, but it just not my taste, sorry.
I think the best looks for Thundercats is always in the animation, I still like the hyper muscular Ed McGuinness style deign in the comis but again the classics animation looks is still the best. Anyway, back to Icon Heroes’ Jackalman, I like the pose, I think it will fit nicely with Icon Heroes Lion-O in my display, soon. But the base is way too simple if you compare to the regular Lion-O’s base. Although I love this statue, I hate the price. It cost $60 each!
If you are really into Thundercats, I recommend you to complete this line. So watch out for announcement by Icon Heroes for the release date, and also check out Sideshow Collectibles for the preorder date. Read more

Greetings heroes/citizen. Hell yeah Hot Toys, you are the best! You continue to impress me with your sick works!
If you still have no clue of why I’m so pumped with Hot Toys today, it’s because they released prototype images of Movie Masterpiece Ghost Rider! Actually most of us already seen this on internet when they display it at Anicom. I really dig the light up features for the flame skull and the bike. It also will come with Johnny Blaze headsculpt his signature weapon metal chain (real metal!), a shotgun and of course the Hell Cycle! Only thing I’ll probably don’t like is the price
nothing announce yet right now.

Greetings heroes/citizen. Kamen Rider Accel is the second Kamen Rider appeared in the Kamen Rider Double (W) series. Accel was designed based on motorcycle motif and not only that, he can transform into a bike form, a bit weird but he still looks cool.
Today I’ll write review of S.H.Figuarts Accel. Bandai previously released Accel in the WFC form, and this is the second reincarnation of Accel as action figure (3 if we includes RHS). This action figure was released on late July in Japan and it’s already reached most toy store worldwide now. If you prefer to get it online I suggest you get it from Hobby Searchl Read more

Greetings heroes/citizen. I was looking for a backdrop that I can use for my review and I found a great website that sells nice backdrop for a really great price. Decoback produces 4 sets of backdrop with 8 different designs. The backdrop is made of a thick stock cardboard, and the printing is semi-gloss and very crisp. Each set of backdrop was printed on both side of the card. The backdrop will be held by 2 pieces of L shaped clear plastic holders. The plastic holders, hold the cards nicely and the cards will not fall or move while they’re on display. Read more

Greetings heroes/citizen. Tamashii Festival ended yesterday and there are a lot of coverage on the net. They have all kind of new items showed there, but the lines I’m most interested in are of course S.I.C and Figuarts. There are regular release of Kiva Emperor Form, Kabuto Hyper Form and Dark Kiva S.H.Figuarts. For Tamashii Web Exclusive there is Kamen Rider Eternal (from KR Double series), also shown there is the Red Nazca, Turbular and Dash (Hardboilder parts).
Anyway I’m more pumped when I know about the Kiva Emperor and Dark Kiva will be released. Both will be released this November, while Hyper Kabuto will be released on December. Man, there are a lot of great S.H.F this year. You might want to slow down a bit Bandai

Final Attack Ride Stand and Dimension Kick Card

Greetings heroes/citizen. This is a really short review. Actually I just want to show the differences between Final Attack Ride Decade stand and Tamashii Stage Act 4, so there’s not much I can say about it. First of all, you can’t buy this stand, you’ll get it for free from retailer that have it. This is a Bandai promotion item, and they release 2 sets of this bonus prize. Set B is the Final Attack Ride Decade Stand and Set A is the Dimension Kick card. I suppose these items were given away to customers as promotion material for the movie Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Double & Decade: Movie War 2010. So if you buy the CycloneCyclone and JokerJoker Figuarts you can display the three of them making the Final Dimension Kick, sweet! Read more
S.H.F Kamen Rider Decade Violent Emotion

Greetings heroes/citizen. It’s time for another review! I love tokusatsu series, I grew up watching all kinds of toku series. From the popular Super Sentai series (a.k.a Power Rangers),Ultraman, Kamen Rider to some of the less known series such as Changerion, just to name a few. My favorite series among them all is, of course The Kamen Rider series.
How can you not love the show, a man transform into a leather clad superhero just by waving his hands(not applicable to most Heisei Riders, and it’s not actually waving lol), rides a cool “pimped” bike and kick monsters’ butt? Anyway, to celebrate 10th anniversary of the return of Kamen Rider series , TV Asahi aired Kamen Rider Decade. Read more

Greetings heroes/citizen. Hah! I can’t stop laughing, if you were there waiting on Hot Toys’ Facebook page for last couples of days, keep refreshing the page after 10 seconds, like I did. You’ll know what I’m talking about. Fans speculating what the next DX04 will be, and most of the fans there suggested that it will be either Chris Reeves Superman, Battle Damaged T-800 or someone from Avatar. Today, Hot Toys released the pictures of their next DX Series- Enter The Dragon Bruce Lee! No one was expecting that (Hot Toys claimed there are a few correct guesses). Read more

Greetings heroes/citizen. Hot Toys did it again! Just when I’m about to stop collecting Hot Toys, they released the preview images of MMS Iron Man MKVI. Damn damn damn, now it’s harder for me to leave the line.
Thanks a lot Hot Toys
They still don’t have Tony Stark headsculpt image for us, I’m sure they already have it. This time instead of give us 3 helmets (normal, battle damaged and opened mask) they’ll give us 2 helmets with 2 masks, genius!
I hope this time the mask fit nicely on the helmets. MK2′s mask did not fit nicely on the helmet, it’s so flimsy (when it closes). Read more
