If you ask me which one is the coolest, I'd definitely say Midnight Ver! :) But if you are on a tight budget, and Midnight ver. is getting more expensive I think you should get the STARS ver. and scour ebay for loose Midnight ver outfit (jacket,shirt,pants, boots and belt). I highly recommend you to get it, you'll not regret. But if you are worried about the costume maybe you should get the RE4 version, both figures are great in my opinion.
